By accessing or using MyCotraxin.com (the “Site”), placing an order, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase products from us.
The Site and products are intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By using the Site or purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates when the Terms were last revised. Changes apply prospectively. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Products offered on the Site are dietary supplements intended for adult use. Information on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. You should consult a qualified professional before using any product if you have questions, allergies, medical conditions, or are taking medications.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders in our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, stock limitations, shipping constraints, or errors). If we cancel after you are charged, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
We currently offer one-time purchases only (no recurring subscriptions). Any future subscription offering, if introduced, would be governed by separate terms and disclosures.
After completing checkout, you may be presented with optional add-ons or upsells. These are separate purchase offers. If you choose to accept an add-on/upsell, you authorize us to charge the payment method used for the initial purchase (or another method you provide). Declining an offer will not affect your initial order.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but errors may occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel affected orders and refund you.
Sales tax may be collected where required. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout where possible.
Orders ship via USPS. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Please allow 7–10 business days to receive your order after shipment.
If USPS confirms a package is lost in transit, we will replace the order at no cost. Replacement eligibility may be denied where the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refused delivery (without an approved RMA), or where carrier tracking indicates delivery was completed.
Refused deliveries without an approved RMA will not be accepted. Refusing delivery does not constitute a valid return request. Customers must follow the RMA process described in Section 9.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping, and any add-ons/upsells you accept.
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue quickly. Improper or abusive chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases.
We allow returns within 60 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
To initiate a return, you must email support@mycotraxin.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. We will provide the RMA number and the return shipping address with the RMA instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender or disposed of if return shipping is not feasible.
Returns are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product(s) for accuracy and condition. Refund approval is at the sole discretion of MyCotraxin.com, where permitted by law. Partial returns are accepted (i.e., returning some but not all items from an order), subject to inspection.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Approved refunds are processed within 1 business day after inspection. Depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
By providing your email address and/or phone number, you authorize us to contact you about your order and account activity, including confirmations, receipts, shipping updates, return/RMA communications, and customer support responses (“Transactional Messages”).
If you opt in (or otherwise provide consent where required), you also authorize us to send marketing emails and/or SMS messages about promotions, offers, discounts, and product information (“Marketing Messages”). Message and data rates may apply for SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Even if you opt out of Marketing Messages, we may still send Transactional Messages (e.g., order confirmations, shipping updates, RMA communications).

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, images, software, and overall design) are owned by or licensed to MyCotraxin.com and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, testimonials, or other content (“Submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such Submissions for lawful business purposes, including marketing, subject to applicable law.
You agree your Submissions will be truthful, not infringe third-party rights, and not include unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content. We may remove Submissions at our discretion.
We collect and use information to operate the Site, fulfill orders, provide customer support, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and improve our services.
We may share information with service providers that help us run the business (payment processors, fulfillment/shipping, email/SMS providers, analytics, customer support tools). These providers are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights/safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger, sale of assets).

We do not sell personal information for money. If we engage in “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law, you may opt out by contacting support or using any on-site privacy controls we provide.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact MyCotraxin.com with a written description of the dispute and allow at least 30 days to attempt resolution. Notices must be sent to support@mycotraxin.com.
Except for claims eligible for small claims court or claims seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase (including post-purchase upsells or add-ons) shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration.
This arbitration agreement and any disputes between you and MyCotraxin.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.
Arbitration shall be administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider under its consumer arbitration rules, as modified by these Terms. Arbitration may be conducted by written submissions, telephone, video conference, or in person in the county of your residence, at the arbitrator’s discretion.
You and MyCotraxin.com agree that any dispute shall be brought only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or consolidated proceeding.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and MyCotraxin.com waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of MyCotraxin.com.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
By using the Site or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may communicate with you by email, SMS (if applicable), or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or franchise relationship between you and MyCotraxin.com. You may not hold yourself out as having authority to bind MyCotraxin.com in any manner.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by MyCotraxin.com.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination or expiration of these Terms will survive, including (without limitation) intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution/arbitration, and privacy-related terms.
We may, in our discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, suspend or terminate your access to the Site (or portions of it) at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or otherwise pose a risk to the Site, our business, or other customers. Termination does not limit any rights or remedies we may have under law or equity.
