Quick Rules

1. How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

To initiate a return, email customer support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number:

Returns are allowed within 60 days of the date your order is marked delivered. Requests submitted after 60 days may be denied.

All returns are inspected for accuracy and condition. Refund approval is at the sole discretion of MyCotraxin.com, where permitted by law.

Note: Some states may provide non-waivable consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

5. Partial Returns

Partial returns are accepted. If you return only part of an order, any refund (if approved) will apply only to the returned item(s), subject to inspection and any non-refundable amounts allowed by law.

6. Refund Timing

If your refund is approved, we process refunds within 1 business day after inspection. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear on your account.

7. Refused Deliveries

Refused deliveries without an approved RMA will not be accepted. Refusing delivery does not count as initiating a return. Please contact support first to obtain an RMA.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
